RETURN POLICY
Our goal is make an exchange or refund as fair and easy as possible.
With a receipt: Any unused item, in original condition and accompanied by a receipt dated within 60 days of purchase will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method. Original payments made by check may be delayed by 10 days from original purchase date. No refund will be issued after 60 days. Cash purchases in excess of $100 will be re-issued by check through our general office. Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable.
Without a receipt: Refunds and exchanges made within 60 days but without a receipt will reflect the lowest “on sale” price, plus applicable sales tax. A refund will be issued only in the form of a Store Credit. Shipping and delivery charges are not refundable.
EXCEPTIONS TO ABOVE STANDARD RETURN POLICY
- Furniture must be returned within 72 hours of delivery or pickup with original receipt.
- Plant material is subject to a 48 hour return period. All plants for return must be in indisputably perfect condition. Any plant accepted for return beyond the 48 hour period will be given a store credit for the purchase price.
- Seeds and bulbs are not returnable.
- Down payments on special orders are not refundable.
- Special order items cannot be returned.
